‎# Assist customers online or in person regarding product details, options, and prices.
‎# Manage and record customer orders (both walk-in and online)..
‎# Manage product pickups, deliveries, and customer follow-ups.
‎# Answer phone calls and messages from customers (Telegram, TikTok, etc.).
‎# Occasionally create short videos or photos for social media updates.
‎# Help with packaging or preparing items for delivery when needed.
‎# Collect customer feedback and report daily sales.
