KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, and digital marketing.

• Identify potential buyers and manage the sales pipeline.

• Promote Noah Real Estate apartments and explain pricing, payment plans, and delivery schedules.

• Conduct property presentations and site visits.

• Advise clients, negotiate offers, and close successful sales.

• Maintain accurate lead records and follow up with prospects through the CRM system.

• Build strong client relationships and generate referrals.

• Participate in sales campaigns, property exhibitions, and promotional activities.

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales.

• Bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized institution.

• Age: 25 years or above.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

• Strong client-handling and follow-up abilities.

• Ability to meet sales targets and work effectively under pressure.

• High levels of professionalism, accountability, and self-discipline.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
