Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Prepare and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to meet sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
• Analyze sales data and provide recommendations to management.
• Coordinate with production, finance, and logistics departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables from customers.

Qualification

BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration,

Work Experience

Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the dairy industry or sector, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
