BaZ-KaM Agro Industry PLC Vacancy Announcement Position: Sales Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Prepare and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to meet sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Analyze sales data and provide recommendations to management.
- Coordinate with production, finance, and logistics departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables from customers.
- Term of Employment: Permanent

Requirements
Qualification
BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration,
Work Experience
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the dairy industry or sector, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
Required Skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
