ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT & PURPOSE Reports to Commercial Management. Promote T&T’s automotive services, expand customer base, manage client relations, and drive business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Execute marketing campaigns for auto care, EV/Hybrid, and body repair. Engage corporate & individual vehicle owners to build partnerships. Manage client feedback, service follow-ups, and online bookings. Analyze automotive service market trends in Addis Ababa.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Degree in Marketing Management or Business fields (Background/education in Auto Mechanics is highly preferred). Minimum 2 years marketing/sales experience.

ዋና ዋና ኃላፊነቶች የጥገና፣ የኢቪ/ሃይብሪድ እና የእንክብካቤ አገልግሎቶችን ማስተዋወቅ። ከድርጅቶችና ግለሰብ የተሽከርካሪ ባለቤቶች ጋር የንግድ ግንኙነት መፍጠር። የደንበኞችን አስተያየት መሰብሰብ እና ከጥገና በኋላ ያሉ ክትትሎችን ማድረግ። በአዲስ አበባ የተሽከርካሪ ጥገና ገበያ ውስጥ ያሉ እንቅስቃሴዎችን ማናትናት። ትምህርትና የሥራ ልምድ በማርኬቲንግ ወይም ቢዝነስ ዘርፍ የተመረቀ/ች (በአውቶ ሜካኒክስ/ኦቶሞቲቭ የተማረ ቢሆን እጅግ ይመረጣል)። በማርኬቲንግ/ሽያጭ 2 ዓመት የሥራ ልምድ ያለው/ላት።
