Indian International School is looking for a passionate, highly energetic, and experienced Kindergarten (KG) Branch Supervisor to oversee the daily academic and administrative operations of our KG branch. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, nurturing, and high-quality early childhood learning environment while mentoring teaching staff and engaging with parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Academic Oversight: Monitor and supervise the daily implementation of the early childhood curriculum, lesson plans, and classroom activities.

• Staff Mentorship: Evaluate, guide, and support KG teachers and teaching assistants to maintain high instructional standards.

• Daily Operations: Manage the daily routine of the preschool branch, including schedules, resource allocation, and student welfare.

• Parent Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, addressing feedback, managing student progress reports, and fostering a supportive community.

• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe, child-friendly, hygienic, and inclusive learning environment that complies with local educational regulations.
