WE’RE HIRING: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – BPO Cold Calling

Are you confident on the phone, persuasive in conversation, and motivated by sales targets? We’re looking for an energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help us connect with potential clients through outbound cold calling.

Ø  Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients.

• Identify potential customers and generate qualified leads.

• Introduce our services, engage prospects, and schedule sales appointments.

• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM.

• Handle objections professionally and maintain positive customer experience.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Ø  Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.

• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, tele sales, or BPO is an advantage.

• Strong English communication skills.

• Ability to handle rejection, overcome objections, and work toward targets.

• Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
