Security Coordinator

• Listing summary: Completed 10th or 12th Grade. Age 35–45. Prior military or police experience preferred . 8+ years of work experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain security reports, incident records, and daily operational logs.

• Coordinate with local authorities and relevant stakeholders when security incidents occur.

• Assess security risks and recommend measures to protect people, property, equipment, and operations.

• Supervise security personnel, duty schedules, access control, patrols, and incident response.

• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.

• Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and unusual events; coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services. 

• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports. 

• Train and supervise security staff. 

• Oversee installation and maintenance of security equipment. 

• Support facility management tasks related to security operations

• Coordinate security activities across assigned locations in Gambela and Jimma.
