Work Experience

• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Experience in financial reporting, bank reconciliation, tax compliance, budgeting, and account closing.

• Experience in construction, engineering, trading, importing, manufacturing, or project-based businesses is highly preferred.

• Experience with inventory accounting, import cost allocation, project accounting, and profitability analysis is an advantage.

• Experience supervising or reviewing the work of other accounting staff is preferred.

Educational Background and Qualifications

Applicants should have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and internal controls.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software or ERP systems.

• Knowledge of applicable Ethiopian tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.

• Professional accounting certification is an advantage.
