What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities:

Task Breakdown:

• Assess staff capacity-development and training needs.

• Develop and coordinate training plans, learning materials, and capacity-building activities.

• Support implementation, maintenance, and improvement of organizational systems and procedures.

• Monitor training outcomes, system performance, user issues, and improvement actions.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Human Resources

• Certifications: TOT certificate is mandatory

Years of Experience:

• 6-8 Years experience as a capacity building/ training and system management officer at different training service provider companies.

• Relevant experience in capacity building, organizational systems, process improvement, or change management.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary as per company salary scale.
