Quest Developers LLC is seeking a highly experienced Senior Customer Support & Sales Representative with a proven track record supporting U.S.-based companies and American customers.

This is a senior-level position requiring excellent English communication, strong problem-solving skills, sales experience, and a thorough understanding of U.S. call center operations and performance standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional customer service/call center experience.

• Previous experience working directly for a U.S.-based company or American client is MANDATORY.

• Excellent spoken and written English with professional American customer communication skills.

• Strong knowledge of call center KPIs, including CSAT, AHT, FCR, QA Scores, SLA, Adherence, and Conversion Rates.

• Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed performance targets.

• Strong sales, upselling, customer retention, and de-escalation skills.

• Experience handling high-volume inbound calls, emails, and chats.

• Ability to multitask across CRM systems and multiple applications.

• Independent, reliable, and capable of performing with minimal supervision.

Remote Work Requirements

• Reliable Windows 10/11 computer.

• Stable fiber-optic internet with Ethernet connectivity.

• Professional USB headset and quiet workspace.

• Availability to work U.S. business hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
