Duties & Responsibilities: - Reviews, analyses, and finalizes the preparation of the medium-term plan and its revisions on the basis of departmental submissions, taking into account recommendations and decisions of Project Management body. - Provides advice and support to relevant expert bodies in their review of the medium-term plan and its revisions; - Ensures project agreements are accurately translated into programme budgets

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities:

Task Breakdown:

• Prepare and review financial records, vouchers, journals, and reconciliations.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing.
• Monitor cash flow, payables, receivables, and project expenditures.
• Prepare financial statements and reports and maintain supporting documentation.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

Years of Experience: 6-8 years experience in construction company

Relevant Experience: Relevant progressive experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a construction company.

Skills:

Technical Skills: Accounting and financial reporting; reconciliation; spreadsheet and accounting-software skills;

Soft Skills: attention to detail; confidentiality; organization and teamwork.

Education & Certifications

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance

Certifications: IFRS certification and ERP system usage is an advantage.
