Senior Manager – International Fashion Trading

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Manager – International Fashion Trading to lead our fashion trading and franchise-related activities.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience in fashion retail, fashion trading, merchandising, sourcing, or a related field, with strong knowledge of international fashion brands, product selection, order management, and franchise business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate international fashion trading and franchise activities.
• Research international fashion trends, brands, collections, and market opportunities.
• Select appropriate fashion products and collections based on customer preferences, market trends, and business objectives.
• Manage the ordering process, including product selection, quantities, pricing, delivery schedules, and follow-up with international suppliers or brand partners.
• Coordinate with international fashion brands, suppliers, and franchise partners.
• Monitor product performance, sales trends, inventory levels, and customer demand.
• Support the development and implementation of franchise and brand strategies.
• Evaluate new fashion brands and potential international business opportunities.
• Ensure selected products and collections align with the company’s brand positioning and target market.
• Negotiate with suppliers and business partners where required.
• Coordinate with finance, logistics, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and product availability.
• Monitor market developments and recommend new products, brands, and collections.
• Prepare regular reports on orders, sales performance, inventory, and trading activities.
• Contribute to the growth and profitability of the company’s international fashion business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Management, Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, Merchandising, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in fashion trading, fashion retail, merchandising, sourcing, or international business.
• Strong knowledge of fashion products, brands, trends, and customer preferences.
• Proven ability to select fashion products and manage purchasing/orders.
• Understanding of franchise business models and international brand operations is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent commercial awareness and analytical ability.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
• Experience working with international suppliers or fashion brands is an advantage.
• Strong English communication skills.
