Position: Senior Occupational Health and Safety

Job Purpose

The Senior Occupational Health and Safety professional will be responsible for identifying and controlling workplace hazards, conducting safety inspections, investigating incidents, ensuring occupational health and safety compliance, and promoting a safe working environment throughout the factory.

Key Responsibilities

· Safety Risk Assessment: Identify workplace hazards, assess risks, and implement appropriate control measures.

· Safety Inspections: Conduct regular workplace inspections and ensure that unsafe conditions are identified and corrected.

· Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents, injuries, near misses, and other safety incidents and recommend appropriate corrective actions.

· Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable occupational health and safety laws, regulations, and company policies.

· Employee Safety Training: Conduct and coordinate training on PPE, emergency procedures, safe work practices, and hazard awareness.

· Emergency Preparedness: Develop and maintain emergency response, fire safety, evacuation, and first-aid procedures.

· Safety Reporting & Improvement: Maintain safety records, prepare safety reports, monitor safety performance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

• Education: Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Health, or a related field.
• Experience: More than 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Age: 20–30 years.
