Position Summary
The Senior Strategy & Planning Officer supports the implementation of Maleda’s Corporate Strategic Plan through ERP implementation, strategic initiative management, business transformation, performance analysis and cross-functional coordination. The position follows up strategic initiatives, monitors implementation progress, identifies performance gaps, and prepares analytical reports and decision-support materials for management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the Corporate Strategic Plan and ERP rollout.

• Manage and follow up strategic initiatives and business transformation activities.

• Monitor implementation progress and identify performance gaps.

• Coordinate with departments and functions across the organization.

• Prepare analytical reports and decision-support materials for management.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Strategic Management, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Added Advantage
Experience in strategic planning, ERP implementation, business transformation, BSC/KPI, project management or business analysis.
