Job Requirements

• Education Qualification:-Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Transport Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields

• Experience: Minimum  5 years of relevant experience in Transport Management, Fleet Management, Logistics, Distribution, or related areas, with demonstrated practical experience in commercial transportation, fleet operations, or transport management systems; experience with TMS, GPS/tracking solutions, digital transport platforms, or system implementation projects is preferred.

• Type: Full-Time / Permanent

• Location: Addis Ababa

Duties and Responsibilities

• Review and validate end-to-end transport management processes and workflows.

• Validate transport planning, vehicle allocation, dispatching and delivery scheduling processes.

• Review route planning, route optimization and delivery sequencing requirements.

• Validate fleet, vehicle and driver management processes and controls.

• Review delivery tracking, status updates and proof-of-delivery processes.

• Validate failed delivery, delayed delivery, cancellation and other transport exception processes.

• Review transport cost, service-level and performance management requirements where applicable.

• Validate integration handoffs between transport, logistics, marketplace, order management and other systems.

• Identify operational gaps, risks and missing business requirements.

• Review and validate SIT/UAT scenarios and expected transport-related outcomes.

• Support resolution of functional issues identified during development, integration and testing.

• Provide recommendations to support operational readiness and functional acceptance.
