Minimum Qualifications

Applicants should meet the following minimum requirements.

Education:

A Diploma or Certificate in any of the following fields:

• Hotel Management
• Front Office Operations
• Hospitality Supervision
• Secretarial Science & Office Management
• Management
• Marketing Management
• Business Administration
• Education

Experience

Relevant work experience in customer service-related operations is advantageous.

Language Requirements

• Fluent in English, including speaking, reading, writing, comprehension, and conversation.
• Knowledge of additional languages such as French, Arabic, or Chinese is highly advantageous.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Strong English communication skills.
• Good computer application skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the products and services provided by the hotel.
• Good organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.
• High flexibility with working hours.
