We are urgently seeking reliable and organized Site Operation personnel to oversee daily activities at our project sites. You will be responsible for coordinating on-site workflows, managing material logistics, and ensuring that our woodwork and installation projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee on-site operations and coordinate daily workflow between workshop teams and installation crews.

• Ensure all materials, tools, and equipment are delivered to the site safely and on schedule.

• Monitor project progress, troubleshoot on-site issues immediately, and report back to management.

• Maintain safety standards and ensure a clean, organized work environment at the site.

• Coordinate with clients and contractors on the ground to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements:

• Experience in site supervision, construction operations, or project logistics (woodwork/furniture sector preferred).

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.

• Good communication skills to liaise effectively with workers, management, and clients.
