We are seeking qualified and experienced One (1) Structural Engineer (Junior) to lead and manage construction supervision activities on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the project is executed according to design, specifications, quality standards, and contract requirements.

Position Title: One (1) Structural Engineer (Junior)
Location:  Head Office (HO), Addis Ababa

Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: Zero Years

Salary: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review structural designs, drawings, details, and technical specifications for building and infrastructure projects.
• Perform structural analysis and design of reinforced concrete, steel, masonry, and other structural systems.
• Conduct structural calculations for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, retaining walls, and other structural elements.
• Prepare structural BOQs, material specifications, and cost estimates as required.
• Review architectural and other engineering drawings to ensure proper structural coordination and integration.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor structural construction works for compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Review contractors’ method statements, material submittals, and technical proposals related to structural works.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, sanitary engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university.
