Are you good at convincing people and turning conversations into sales? We want you on our team!

We are looking for 5 motivated and results-driven female Telemarketing Sales Operators who are confident communicators, persistent in following up with customers, and committed to achieving sales targets.

Salary: Monthly Salary+ Performance Bonus

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to handle customer objections and successfully close sales.

• Consistent follow-up with customers until orders are confirmed.

• Ability to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Self-motivation, discipline, and a results-oriented mindset.

• Accountability for sales performance and customer follow-up.

• Willingness to learn, improve, and work as part of a team.

Who Should Apply?

We prefer candidates with experience in telemarketing, telesales, direct sales, or customer acquisition. However, candidates who can demonstrate excellent sales ability and a strong willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Working Schedule: Monday to Sunday, with one day off per week.
