Wb interior design + Built is seeking a highly motivated Tender and Bid Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction related tenders.
Responsibility:

• Prepare, review, and submit tender documents within specified deadlines.
  Prepare technical and financial proposals.

• Ensure all tender submissions are complete, compliant, and submitted on time.

• Attend bid openings, clarification meetings, and negotiations when required.

• Maintain a tender tracking database and management reports.

• Analyze tender requirements, risks, and commercial terms.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and relevant stakeholders.
  Requirment:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in tender management, proposal writing, procurement, contract administration, or business development.

• Strong understanding of Ethiopian government procurement procedures.
  Required Skills:

• Tender and proposal writing

• Excellent English writing and communication skills

• Strong analytical and organizational abilities

• Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills

• Contract and compliance management

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
