Tender Officer

• Listing summary: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or with related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities - Identify and monitor tender opportunities for generators, pumps, and related equipment. - Review tender documents, technical specifications, eligibility criteria, and submission deadlines. - Prepare technical and financial proposals, compliance documents, product datasheets, and quotations. - Coordinate with suppliers for prices and technical documents, and maintain tender records and follow-up. - Ensure tender submissions are complete, accurate, and submitted within the specified deadlines. - Perform other tender-related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in tender preparation, procurement, bid management, or a related field.

• Experience preparing tenders for generators, pumps, or industrial equipment is an advantage

• Good organization, attention to detail, deadline management, communication, and Microsoft Word/Excel skills.
