About the Role
TME Leadership & Management Institution is seeking a Training & Curriculum Specialist to support the development of professional leadership, management, project management, and workforce development training programs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop structured training materials and curricula Create participant manuals and learning guides Standardize training content and delivery methods Support the development of online learning programs Contribute to certification and workshop frameworks Align curriculum with organizational mission and objectives
Requirements
Qualifications
Proven experience in instructional design or curriculum development
Strong writing, content development, and organizational skills
Experience designing and delivering professional training programs
Ability to translate concepts into structured learning content
Familiarity with leadership or workforce development training (preferred)
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of adult learning methodologies
Experience with eLearning platforms
Workshop facilitation skills
Background in leadership development training
