We are Black River Express, a U.S. logistics company specializing in freight transportation, and we are looking for a Truck Driver Recruiter to recruit drivers for our fleet.
Work Schedule
New York Time: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Ethiopia Time: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Fully remote position
Responsibilities:
-On average 25-30 calls per day
-Communicating via email, work telegram, sms
-Conducting interviews with truck drivers
-Collecting and verifying required documents
-Working with the CRM system and maintaining candidate records
What We Are Looking For
-Previous experience in customer support, customer service, sales, logistics, or recruitment
-Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, Gmail, and CRM systems
-Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools
-English level B2 or higher; Arabic language will be a plus
