Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional food and beverage service to hotel guests.
• Interact with guests and identify ways to support a positive dining experience.
• Learn menu items, promotions, and specials and provide accurate information to guests.
• Take food and beverage orders.
• Enter orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Deliver completed food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and adequately stocked food service station.
• Follow applicable health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness requirements.
• Maintain professional standards when interacting with guests and team members.

Qualifications and Experience

• Certificate or higher in Food & Beverage Service.
• Excellent language skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong service-oriented mindset.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Waiter in an international-brand hotel or hotels.
