About the Program

The Erasmus Trustfonds Scholarship at Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR) provides

Financial Support

for talented international students (both within and outside the EEA) pursuing selective Master's degree programs at the Erasmus School of Economics (ESE) . Supported by the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science alongside university trusts, the scholarship aims to attract high-achieving global minds and eliminate financial barriers to studying in the Netherlands.

Which Fields are Eligible: Specific Master's programs offered by the Erasmus School of Economics (ESE): Master in Accounting, Auditing and Control Master in Econometrics and Management Science Master in Economics and Business Type: Fully Funded University Master's Scholarship & Stipend Award

Who Can Apply

Enrollment History: Must never have been enrolled as a full-time Master's student at a higher education institution in the Netherlands (exception: students who completed a pre-master program at Erasmus School of Economics and are progressing to an eligible ESE master's) . Admission Status: Must register for one of the eligible Master's programmes via Studielink and submit admission documents to the EUR

Portal by 1 February 2027. (An admission offer is not required at the exact moment of application, but admission must be secured to receive the award). Academic Excellence: Must have achieved excellent results during their prior Bachelor's degree, maintaining a minimum final average grade of 7.50 out of 10 (or international equivalent).

Financial Need: Must demonstrate financial need and explain how the scholarship will increase their opportunity to study at the Erasmus School of Economics through a detailed financial statement and budget plan. Immigration: Must complete immigration and visa procedures (if applicable) by 10 July.
