Type: Full-time, on-site
Salary: ETB 18,000 net (after tax)

What you’ll do

Research universities, programs, admission requirements, and scholarships for each student
Prepare and submit university applications accurately and on time
Manage clients from first consultation to final admission decision
Track applications, deadlines, and documents
Guide students on transcripts, statements of purpose, recommendation letters, and financial documents
Communicate professionally with universities and partners
Support visa documentation and interview preparation
Respond to clients by phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, and in person
Keep all client information strictly confidential

Who we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field

• Experience in university admissions or education consulting is highly preferred

• Excellent English and Amharic, both written and spoken

• Strong research skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable with email, Google Workspace/MS Office, and online application portals

• Organized and able to handle multiple clients and deadlines

• Warm, professional, and patient with students and parents

A plus: experience with US (F-1), Chinese, or Italian applications, scholarship applications
