BID DOCUMENT PROCUREMENT OFFICER

Job Title: Bid Document Procurement Officer

Employment Type: Full-Time

Coordinate the preparation, compilation, review, and timely submission of bid documents for construction, architectural, engineering, and consultancy projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and coordinate complete bid document packages.
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, BOQs, scope of work, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with Architects, Engineers, Draftspersons, BOQ/Quantity staff, Finance, and Management to collect required information.
• Review BOQs and quantities and identify discrepancies, omissions, or missing information.
• Ensure all required technical, financial, administrative, and supporting documents are complete and accurate.
• Maintain organized bid records and follow up on outstanding documents.
• Ensure bid documents are prepared and submitted early and within required deadlines.

Experience: 2 Years and Above

Requirements

• Relevant practical experience in construction, engineering consultancy, procurement, or bid document preparation.
• Good understanding of drawings, specifications, BOQs, and construction project documents.
• Practical experience with BOQ preparation, quantity measurement, or BOQ review is required.
• Strong computer, documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
• Fast, accurate, organized, proactive, and flexible in responding to comments and urgent assignments.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively under tight deadlines.
