Roles and Responsibilities

Depending on the assignment, consultants may be expected to:

• Facilitate trainings, workshops and consultations
• Develop reports, strategies, tools and knowledge products

• Relevant academic and professional qualifications
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, depending on the role
• Demonstrated experience in consulting or project-based assignments
• Strong analytical, research and report-writing skills
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
• Experience with development organizations, NGOs, government institutions or donor-funded programmes is an advantage
• Strong attention to quality, accuracy and deadlines
