Consultant as Client Engineer

Hope Enterprise University College (HEUC) is a higher education institution in Ethiopia, which is housed on five hectares of a beautiful, green and clean campus conductive for teaching-learning process and having student and faculty friendly environment.  

Currently the university college is trying to recruiting the right candidate who is befitting for the positions of Student Dean, Accountant and TVET Secretary; accordingly, any interested professional who can meet the following criteria can apply for the position.   

Position: Consultant as Client Engineer 

 Terms of employment: Full time   

Accountable to:  President 

Main Purpose: To provide strategic leadership in planning, coordinating, and advancing institutional research, community engagement, technology transfer, and academic publications that drive societal impact and academic quality at the university college. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Prepare detailed TOR for the selection and recruitment of a competent consultant to investigate the Campus’s problems and recommend appropriate solutions.’ 
• Provide technical Engineering construction advice, explanations and recommendations to Top Management and the Decision-Making Team. 
• Provide necessary engineering support during construction, remedial, and other critical activities.

 Minimum Requirement: 

• Qualification:-  First degree and above in Civil Engineering  or related fields   
• Work Experience:- 8 years and above.
