We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products and services, generating sales, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

• Promote products and services to potential customers.

• Generate sales leads and follow up with prospective customers.

• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related position is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service and negotiation skills.

• Ability to persuade customers and close sales.

• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Fluency in Amharic and good English communication skills.
