1. E-Bike Mechanic

Reports to: Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

Qualifications and experience

• Technical or vocational training in bicycle mechanics, motorcycle mechanics, automotive mechanics, or a related field.

• Practical experience in bicycle or motorcycle maintenance; e-bike experience is an advantage.

• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical faults.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections and scheduled preventive maintenance.

• Repair brakes, tires, wheels, chains, drivetrain components, and other mechanical parts.

• Identify faults and report electrical or battery issues to the appropriate technician.

• Maintain accurate service records for each bike.

• Ensure repaired bikes meet safety standards before deployment.

Required competencies

• Mechanical troubleshooting and repair.

• Safe use of workshop tools.

• Attention to detail and timely completion of repairs.
