We are seeking qualified and experienced One (1) Electrical Engineer (Junior) to lead and manage construction supervision activities on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the project is executed according to design, specifications, quality standards, and contract requirements.

Position Title: One (1) Electrical Engineer (Junior)
Location:  Head Office (HO), Addis Ababa

Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: Zero Years

Salary: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electrical systems for building and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare electrical drawings, layouts, schematics, details, and technical specifications.
• Perform electrical load calculations, voltage-drop calculations, cable sizing, and equipment selection.
• Design power distribution, lighting, emergency lighting, and small-power systems.
• Design and coordinate low-voltage, communication, fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and other ELV systems, as applicable.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and material specifications for electrical works.
• Review architectural, structural, mechanical, and sanitary drawings to ensure proper multidisciplinary coordination.
• Review and evaluate contractor shop drawings, material submittals, samples, and method statements.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor electrical installations for compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university.
