TME Leadership & Management Institution Location : Remote / Hybrid (Addis Ababa) Employment Type: Part-Time with Growth Potential TME Leadership & Management Institution i s seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator to support executive operations, organizational administration, scheduling, partnership coordination, and daily business activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage executive scheduling and coordination Organize meetings, calendars, and communications Maintain records, files, and operational systems Coordinate training sessions and partnership activities Support proposal and document preparation Track organizational tasks and deadlines Assist with administrative and operational functions Maintain professionalism in all communications

Requirements

Qualifications

:

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools

Professional administrative or operations experience preferred

International organization or nonprofit experience is a plus
