About the Role
TME Leadership & Management Institution is seeking a strategic and organized Program Manager to oversee training initiatives, organizational programs, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage leadership and workforce development programs Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and activities Support training logistics and participant engagement Track program implementation and reporting requirements Coordinate with consultants, trainers, and stakeholders Maintain operational efficiency across projects Support organizational growth and program expansion Ensure alignment between organizational strategy and program delivery
Requirements
Qualifications
Proven experience in program or project management
Strong leadership and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Experience working with internal teams and external stakeholders
Strong communication and organizational abilities
Preferred Background
Leadership development programs
International development or nonprofit management
Workforce development initiatives
PMP certification or project management experience (preferred)
