Job summary
Job Title: Field Service Engineer / Smart Hands Technician Purpose: To provide onsite installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support services for customer infrastructure environments.
Key Responsibilities
Perform onsite installation and replacement of equipment Handle rack and stack activities and structured cabling Support wireless access point deployment Conduct site surveys and preventive maintenance Provide emergency onsite technical interventions Document field activities and service reports Coordinate with the Network Operations team Core
Competencies
Knowledge of structured cabling and fiber optics Basic networking and wireless deployment skills Strong attention to detail and professionalism Ability to work independently and travel when required

Requirements
Qualifications &
Experience
Diploma or degree in IT, Electronics, or related technical field
Experience in field support or infrastructure deployment
Valid driving license is an advantage
