FP&A Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting activities. The role will be responsible for analyzing financial performance, preparing reports, supporting strategic decision-making, and improving financial visibility across the business.

The ideal candidate should possess strong financial modeling skills, business understanding, and the ability to work closely with operational departments to provide meaningful financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Forecasting Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast.

Analyze financial variances and provide explanations and recommendations. Support cash flow forecasting and working capital monitoring. Provide market trend insights (Inflation, forex exposures , other key factors) Financial Analysis Conduct profitability, cost, and margin analysis.

Analyze operational and financial KPIs. Support scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis for strategic projects. Reporting Prepare monthly management reports , Long term cash flow and presentations.

Prepare weekly short term cash flow statements Prepare monthly long term cash flow statements Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results. Support preparation of board and shareholder reporting materials.

Business Support Partner with departments to support budgeting and cost control initiatives. Provide financial insights to improve operational efficiency. Initiate and lead SG&A cost saving initiatives Assist in pricing, product profitability, and business case analysis.

Qualifications &

Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & finance, or Economics.

2–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, or corporate finance.

Strong understanding of financial statements and budgeting processes.

Experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry is an advantage.

Required Skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and other packages

Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.

Experience with MS business central and BI/reporting tools is an advantage.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Strong business and commercial understanding.
