About Shaba Closet
Shaba Closet is an online fashion business serving customers in Ethiopia. We’re looking for a reliable, organized person to help manage daily orders and delivery operations.

Your responsibilities:

• Receive, check, and organize incoming items.
• Prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Coordinate riders and track deliveries.
• Check payment records and follow up on discrepancies.
• Handle replacements and keep order records updated.

You MUST own a working laptop and bring it to work every day. You should be comfortable using computers, maintaining accurate records, and communicating clearly.

This is a demanding job. You must work efficiently under pressure, follow through on tasks, and take responsibility for your work.

Punctuality and attendance are mandatory. We have zero tolerance for lateness, skipped shifts, or unauthorized absences. Emergencies must be communicated promptly.
