Key Responsibilities
• Develop creative interior design concepts, mood boards, and presentations based on client requirements.
• Develop space planning, furniture layouts, interior elevations, sections, and design details.
• Create high-quality 3D models, realistic renders, and walkthroughs for client presentations.
• Select and specify appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, fixtures, and accessories.
• Develop designs that balance aesthetics, functionality, budget, practicality, and project requirements.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 years of professional experience in interior design/interior architecture.
• Strong understanding of space planning, design principles, materials, finishes, furniture, and interior detailing.
• Advanced skills in at least one of the following: Enscape, D5 Render, or Lumion.
• Strong 3D visualization and presentation skills.
