Summary

As a Junior Booking Agent , you will assist customers with bookings, answer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service through phone and digital communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. Assist customers with booking requests, modifications, and cancellations. Provide accurate information regarding services, availability, and pricing.

Record customer interactions and booking details accurately. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism. Follow company procedures and quality standards.

Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors. Manage multiple customer interactions while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in a relevant field

Strong communication and customer service skills

Clear speaking voice

Basic computer skills

Rotational shifts are mandatory
