Job Summary:

As a Junior Sales Officer, you will be responsible for the sales team in achieving targets, maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to build a career in sales within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in daily operations and administrative tasks.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

• Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales goals.

• Adapt quickly to changing market conditions and client needs.

• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.

• Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Negotiate prices and terms with clients under the guidance of senior sales staff.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.

• Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products/services.

• Gather customer feedback and report insights to the sales manager.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and competitors.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing.

• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

  Job Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

  • Experience: 0–1 years of experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
