Junior Tailor & Fashion Designer

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pattern Drafting & Cutting: Assist in drafting, altering, and cutting paper patterns for customized designs (casual, formal, and contemporary wear).

• Garment Assembly & Sewing: Construct, stitch, and assemble prototype garments and samples with a high level of neatness and precision.

• Material Handling: Inspect, handle, and prepare traditional hand-woven textiles (such as Gabi) and contemporary fabrics for cutting and stitching.

• Fittings & Measurements: Take accurate client measurements and assist with fitting adjustments under guidance.

Requirements & Skills:

• Basic proficiency in operating industrial sewing machines and handling pattern-making tools.

• Passion for women/ menswear, continuous learning, and attention to detail.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to take feedback and refine craftsmanship.

  • 0 to 1 year and above relevant total experience (Junior level with a high curiosity to learn, adapt, and grow with the brand).
