Key Responsibilities

• Represent the company professionally when communicating with external institutions and stakeholders.

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with relevant government offices and authorities.

• Follow up on permits, licenses, approvals, letters, applications and other official documents.

• Coordinate communication between Central Hills and government offices, consultants, contractors and service providers.

• Submit and collect official documents as authorized by management.

• Track the status of applications, approvals and pending matters.

• Maintain an organized record of official correspondence and documentation.

• Prepare follow-up schedules and regularly update management on outstanding matters.

• Coordinate appointments and meetings with external stakeholders.

• Support management in resolving administrative and coordination issues.

• Ensure that required documents are submitted accurately and within deadlines.

• Coordinate with internal departments to obtain documents and information required for external submissions.

• Maintain confidentiality regarding company information and official matters.

• Conduct professional follow-ups while maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.

• Provide timely reports to management regarding the status of ongoing liaison activities.
