This position supports MIDROC’s commitment to delivering high‑quality projects on schedule and within budget. - The Logistics and Supply Officer will report to the Head Office in Mekanisa and collaborate closely with procurement, project management, and transportation teams across all sites.

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities:

Task Breakdown:

• Coordinate receipt, storage, dispatch, and delivery of materials and supplies.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with procurement and project teams.
• Maintain inventory, delivery, and transport records.
• Follow up shipment schedules and resolve supply, storage, and distribution issues.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

Years of Experience: 4-5 years experience

Relevant Experience: Relevant experience in logistics, stores, inventory, or supply operations.

Skills:

Technical Skills: Logistics coordination; inventory control; record keeping; planning; supplier and transport coordination;

Soft Skills: communication; problem solving.

Education & Certifications 

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
