About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives, strengthen brand positioning, expand market reach, and drive business growth. The successful candidate will develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and annual marketing plans.

• Lead brand management, advertising, promotions, and digital marketing activities.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.

• Develop strategies to increase sales, market share, and customer acquisition.

• Manage marketing budgets and evaluate return on marketing investment (ROI).

• Oversee social media, content creation, campaigns, and marketing communications.

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, agencies, and business partners.

• Lead, supervise, and develop the marketing team.

• Monitor marketing performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.

• Coordinate with sales and other departments to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Relevant professional experience in marketing management.

• Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
