Key Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen brand awareness, positioning, and customer engagement.
• Manage the company's digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget while ensuring optimal return on investment.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates.
• Oversee the development of marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and corporate communications.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Build and maintain relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and other external stakeholders.
