Position: Personal Content Creation Assistant

I’m looking for a creative, reliable, and proactive person to help grow my personal brand on TikTok and Instagram.

Responsibilities:

• Research social media trends and develop creative video ideas.

• Plan weekly content and prepare filming schedules.

• Accompany me to restaurants, cafés, shopping trips, and other locations to film content.

• Help organize batch-filming sessions.

• Assist with captions, content organization, and posting schedules.

• Track video performance and recommend improvements.

• Help maintain a consistent posting schedule and keep the content creation process organized.

Requirements:

• Genuine interest in TikTok, Instagram, and content creation.

• Strong creativity and research skills.

• Comfortable filming videos with a smartphone.

• Familiarity with current social media trends.

• Organized, reliable, and proactive.

• Basic CapCut or video-editing skills are a plus.

• Previous experience is an advantage, but creative beginners are welcome to apply.

• Must have an iPhone 13 or newer for filming.

Compensation: 10,000 birr per month, plus a performance-based commission.

Location: Addis Ababa.
