 AKOYA PROPERTIES is looking for a highly creative, strategic, and execution-driven Promotion & PR Manager to lead how our brand is seen, remembered, and talked about.

 This is not simply a communications position.

We are looking for someone who understands that great promotion creates attention, great PR builds trust, and great brand communication creates business opportunities.

 The Role

As our Promotion & PR Manager, you will develop and execute promotional and public-relations strategies that strengthen Akoya Properties’ market presence, increase brand visibility, create meaningful engagement, and support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute innovative promotion and PR strategies

* Plan and manage brand campaigns, launches, activations, and promotional events

* Build strong relationships with media, influencers, content creators, partners, and key stakeholders

* Identify opportunities that generate significant brand exposure

* Manage PR communications, press releases, announcements, and corporate communications

* Coordinate promotional materials, campaigns, outdoor advertising, digital promotions, and events

* Work closely with Sales and Marketing to turn attention into measurable business opportunities

* Develop creative ideas that make Akoya Properties stand out in the real-estate market

* Monitor public perception, market trends, competitors, and emerging promotional opportunities

* Measure campaign performance and continuously improve promotional strategies

* Strengthen and protect the professional image and reputation of Akoya Properties

 Who we’re Looking For

 We are looking for a strategist, communicator, relationship builder, and executor.

Requirements:

 Education:

* BA/BSc in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience:

* 3 - 5 years of proven professional experience in PR, promotions, marketing, communications, brand management, or a related field

* Experience in real estate industry is an advantage

Skills & Competencies:

* Strong strategic and creative thinking

* Excellent communication and presentation skills

* Strong networking and relationship-building ability

* Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills

* Strong understanding of social media and modern brand communication

* Experience managing campaigns, events, media relations, and promotional activities

* Commercial mindset with an understanding of how promotion and PR contribute to business growth

* Strong execution, ownership, and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Compensation

Very Attractive Salary + Commission
