SALES ASSOCIATE

Happy Home is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist customers professionally
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Promote and sell our home décor & household products
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Explain product features, prices, and promotions
• Encourage additional and complementary purchases
• Keep products and displays clean, organized, and attractive
• Assist with stock checking and replenishment
• Handle customer questions and provide excellent service

Requirements
• Previous sales or retail experience is an advantage
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Friendly, confident, and presentable
• Honest, responsible, and reliable
• Good knowledge of Amharic and English
• Able to work as part of a team
