ገበያ ማሰስ እና ደንበኞችን መፈለግ: በተለያዩ ቦታዎች በመንቀሳቀስ (በተለይም አዲስ በተጠናቀቁ የሪል ስቴት ፕሮጀክቶች፣ ኮንስትራክሽኖች፣ ቢሮዎች እና መኖሪያ ቤቶች) የፈርኒቸር ፍላጎት ያላቸውን ደንበኞች መለየት እና ማግኘት።

ግንኙነት መፍጠር: ከሪል ስቴት አልሚዎች፣ ከኮንስትራክሽን ባለቤቶች፣ ከአርክቴክቶች እና ከቤት ባለቤቶች ጋር ቀጥተኛ የንግድ ግንኙነት መመሥረት።

​ምርቶችን ማስተዋወቅ: የድርጅቱን የፈርኒቸር ምርቶች እና አገልግሎቶች በጥራት ለደንበኞች ማስተዋወቅ እና ማስረዳት።

​ገበያ ማምጣት (Sales Generation): የደንበኞችን ፍላጎት በመረዳት የፈርኒቸር ትዕዛዞችን ማምጣት እና ሽያጭ ማጠናቀቅ።

​ሪፖርት ማቅረብ: አዳዲስ የተጎበኙ ቦታዎችን፣ የተገኙ ደንበኞችን እና የሽያጭ ሂደቶችን ሁኔታ ለድርጅቱ በየጊዜው ሪፖርት ማድረግ።
