Sales and Marketing Manager - Various

Job Purpose:
Responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to grow revenue, increase market share, strengthen brand visibility and build sustainable customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies and plans.
• Set sales targets and monitor performance against agreed KPIs.
• Identify new markets, customers and business development opportunities.
• Manage the sales pipeline and drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Conduct market, customer and competitor analysis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
• Monitor product performance and recommend improvements to products, pricing and positioning.
• Manage digital marketing, brand visibility and promotional channels.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and performance reports.
• Monitor marketing expenditure and evaluate return on marketing initiatives.
• Lead, supervise and develop the Sales and Marketing team.
• Work with other departments to improve customer experience and achieve business growth objectives.
